Our home is founded and led by registered nurses, which means clinical expertise sits at the heart of everything we do. From the moment your loved one arrives, they are supported by a dedicated team who genuinely care about making a difference.

Residential Care

Safe, comfortable 24-hour support in a warm and truly homely environment. Autumn House offers 30 fully refurbished bedrooms, each presented as a blank canvas so residents can personalise their space with familiar belongings and make it their own.

With experienced staff on hand around the clock, residents are supported with daily living while being encouraged to maintain as much independence as possible.

Sensitive, respectful assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and medication management. Our team takes the time to understand each resident’s preferences and routines, ensuring personal care always feels comfortable and dignified.

Dementia Care

Compassionate, specialist support for residents living with mild to moderate dementia. We focus on promoting independence, preserving familiar routines and creating a calm, reassuring environment where residents feel safe and understood.

Individual Care Planning

Every resident at Autumn House has a personalised care plan developed through a thorough assessment before admission. Plans are reviewed regularly and updated as needs change, with families kept informed and involved throughout.

Palliative Care Room

The Willow Suite is our dedicated palliative care room, providing a peaceful, private, and comfortable environment where residents receive compassionate, dignified end-of-life care. Supported by our community palliative care team and local hospice services, we provide personalised care focused on comfort, pain management, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring residents and their families receive compassionate support throughout every stage of their journey.

Alongside our core care services, all residents enjoy freshly prepared home-cooked meals tailored to individual dietary needs, and a varied programme of social and recreational activities designed to encourage connection, enjoyment and wellbeing.
